In compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (hereinafter GDPR), PROMOINNOVA S.L. (hereinafter “the COMPANY”) informs interested parties about how their personal data will be processed when accessing, browsing, and using the products and services of the COMPANY. This privacy policy will apply to the following sites owned by the COMPANY, used to market our products and services:

• - Social networks: we have a profile on the Social Networks X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook. In this case, this privacy policy will only apply to the extent that the COMPANY obtains data from USERS through these.

By providing us with your data, you declare that you have read and know this Privacy Policy, giving your free, specific, informed, and unequivocal consent for the processing of your personal data in accordance with the purposes and terms expressed here.

The COMPANY may modify this Privacy Policy to adapt it to legislative, jurisprudential, or interpretative novelties of the Spanish Data Protection Agency. Purpose and legitimacy of the processing

The COMPANY will use the data provided for the following purposes:

• - Request for information and/or contracting of any product or service offered by the COMPANY.
• - Commercial actions, using the information provided by the interested party to offer personalized or general products and services.
• - Send personal and individual messages through the internal channel
• - Send personal and individual messages through the channels of different social networks.

The legitimacy for the processing of your data is the express consent granted through a positive and affirmative act. By filling in the forms, ticking the box “I accept the Privacy Policy” and clicking to send the data, or by sending emails to the COMPANY through the accounts enabled for this purpose, you declare to have expressly read and accepted this privacy policy. Likewise, you give your unequivocal and express consent for the processing of your personal data according to the indicated purposes. If the data you provide us with is incorrect or incomplete, the use of the products and services will not be possible.

Minors under 18 years of age, but over 14 years of age, may give their consent for the processing of their data. In the event that the person is under 14 years of age, they cannot provide their consent for the processing of their data, remaining the responsibility of the parents, guardians, custodians, or legal representatives.

Rights of the data subject

The User may exercise the following rights regarding their data:

The COMPANY informs you that these rights have the following characteristics:

• a) The exercise of these rights is free of charge, unless they are manifestly unfounded or excessive requests (e.g., repetitive character), in which case the COMPANY may charge a proportional fee for the administrative costs incurred or refuse to act.
• b) You can exercise the rights directly or through your legal or voluntary representative.
• c) The request must be answered by the COMPANY within one month, unless it is complex or a large number of requests are made. In this case, the period is extended by two more months.
• d) If the COMPANY does not respond to the request, we will inform you, at the latest within one month, of the reasons for our non-action and the possibility of complaining to a Control Authority.

To exercise your rights, as well as not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing of your data, if applicable, by requesting the corresponding form by postal mail addressed to PROMOINNOVA S.L. at the address indicated in section A), or by sending an email to info@matarolux.com indicating in the subject “Exercise of Data Protection Rights”. In both cases, remember to attach a copy of a document that allows us to identify you.

Finally, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the national supervisory authority by addressing them to the Spanish Data Protection Agency, C/ Jorge Juan, 6 – 28001 Madrid.

Within our commitment to guarantee the security and confidentiality of your personal data, we inform you that the technical and organizational measures necessary to guarantee the security of personal data and prevent their alteration, loss, processing, or unauthorized access have been adopted, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the data stored, and the risks to which they are exposed, according to Art. 32 of GDPR EU 679/2016. All these security measures are reviewed periodically to ensure their adequacy and effectiveness.

However, absolute security cannot be guaranteed, and there is no security system that is impregnable, so, in the event that any information subject to treatment and under our control is compromised as a result of a security breach, we will take appropriate measures to investigate the incident, notify the Control Authority, and, if necessary, the affected users so that they can take appropriate measures.
